T-birds connect from Hamburg to New Delhi

Many other alumni chapters have stayed active in recent weeks, including some that connected with Thunderbird students and faculty during their Winterim courses around the world. Overall, 174 full-time students attended eight Winterim courses in Brazil, India, Peru, South Africa, Switzerland and various U.S. locations. Andy Chen ’05 connects with John Cook ’79 and his daughter, Shelley, on Jan. 14, 2014, at the University of Washington in Seattle. The two alumni discovered many commonalities. They both grew up in Wisconsin, both earned undergraduate degrees at Purdue University, and both have connections to the University of Washington.
