The Thunderbird School of Global Management’s Director of Alumni Career Services and Engagement, Michael S. Seaver, shares best practices for developing and living your personal brand. From global changes to the workplace, to human motivation, to the types of people we trust, to the type of economy we’re now entering, you'll learn how a variety of societal factors are impacting the 21st century career development process. Michael will share with you how to leverage past events, personality assessments, and your vision for the future to help you create your personal brand statement. You'll be walked, step-by-step, through creating a personal mission, personal vision, and personal brand statement. Once you’ve written those guiding statements, Michael will discuss best practices on how to live your brand face-to-face and online increasing your visibility with those in your circle of influence.
